Nathaniel Nieva, PA-C, a board-certified physician assistant, is a graduate of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Physician Assistant Program in Manchester. Nieva received his B.S. in Biology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Nieva previously also worked as an EMT and a firefighter before earning his PA degree. He has extensive community involvement with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation working to conquer children’s cancer, the North Country Down Syndrome Association, and the Autism Alliance. “I want to be able to communicate with my patients, so they truly understand the ins and outs of what’s happening,” he says. “I make it a point to communicate with them so they understand their condition and their treatment options and, from there, we’re able to decide together what would best suit their needs.”
