About Monique S Cote-Melendez, APRN

Monique is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, who graduated with her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA in 2003 and her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, 1997. Originally from Lowell, MA, she has had the opportunity to work in many locations through the years as her husband served in the US Army. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and has special interests in Adolescent and Adult Health.
