About Laura C McPhee, DO

Dr. McPhee joined the intensivist program at Elliot Hospital in 2011 after completing her internal medicine residency and pulmonary-critical care fellowship at Maine Medical Center in Portland. She graduated from medical school at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005. She is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and critical care medicine.

Dr. McPhee enjoys all aspects of critical care, with specific interests in improving family-centered patient care through implementation and continual development of the ICU liberation bundles.

When not working, she enjoys running, biking, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and two children.
