About Nicole M Gordon, APRN

Nicole Gordon MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, CWON-AP graduated from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions with a Master of Science in Nursing and is a board-certified adult and geriatric primary care nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She holds an undergraduate degree from Assumption College and completed wound and ostomy studies through Emory University Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing Education Center.

Prior to joining the wound center, Nicole had over 15 years of health care experience in primary care, long-term care, and sub-acute nursing facility care across multiple out-patient settings. She is a certified advanced practice wound and ostomy nurse through the Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing Certification Board. Within The Elliot, Nicole is a member of the Medical Executive Committee and the Non-Physician Provider Credentialing Committee. Nicole has been a member of the Elliot Wound Center since joining our team in 2019.
