Elliot’s Navigation Program for Behavioral Health

What is the Navigation Program for Behavioral Health?
A model of care designed to help you connect with the appropriate behavioral health treatment based on your current needs in a timely manner. We will provide you with a one-time telehealth assessment by a licensed mental health clinician who will offer personalized recommendations and guide you to the services that can best help you, whether through the Elliot or with other providers who may be right for you. Please note completing the assessment is not a guarantee that you will receive ongoing treatment with Elliot Behavioral Health Services.

Why did we create this navigation process?
