Our expert team of pediatric emergency medicine specialists provides compassionate, professional care to nearly 13,000 children annually. That’s more children than any other hospital in New Hampshire.

In addition to our board-certified pediatric emergency medicine physicians, our nursing staff receives advanced training in pediatrics. We also have Child Life Specialists who help your child throughout the hospital experience through playtime, age-appropriate education about your child’s care and preparing your child for procedures or exams.

Our dedicated Pediatric Emergency Department is designed for children and their families offering a welcoming atmosphere with child and family-friendly details. We have 4 private rooms that have the most advanced child-sized medical equipment, televisions and DVD players as well as lighting and details designed to appeal to children of all ages.

Furthermore, as a verified Pediatric Level III Trauma Center, we have a state-of-the-art pediatric trauma room in which we can appropriately care for the most critically ill or injured children.
