Our billing office transmits electronically to all insurance companies. Patients are expected to provide the office with complete billing information, including mailing addresses and certificate numbers. Patients are responsible for their co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance.
If you are involved with a managed care insurance plan, please be sure to follow the guidelines of your plan. Be sure to choose specialists who participate with your insurance and get written referrals when needed. We ask you to call at least a week in advance for any referrals you need. If you choose to go outside of your managed care program, with or without your primary care provider's referral, you may be responsible for the entire bill. We do consider patients responsible for their accounts. Please be aware of your health insurance company’s policies.
Please update our office of any personal or insurance changes that may affect processing of your claims or contacting you in case of emergencies.
Co-payment is expected when you check in. For your convenience, we accept checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Prescription Medication(s) in their original bottles or a list of all medications, including over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and supplements, and the amounts you take.

In order to obtain a copy of your medical records, you must first sign a release.
An echocardiogram or "echo" is a test in which ultrasound is used to diagnose many different types of heart disease. It is noninvasive and takes about a half hour to complete.
A stress test or "ETT" is a test in which an electrocardiogram or "EKG" is used to diagnose coronary artery disease, while the patient exercises on a treadmill. It is noninvasive and takes about an hour to complete.

We do understand that occasionally circumstances arise which necessitates special payment arrangements. Please contact our Billing Department for assistance.
If you need a prescription refilled, call 603-627-1669, then press #1 for our prescription line, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please allow 24 hours to process your refill request. We will only call you if there is a problem with the prescription.
