Overview

Elliot Family Medicine at Windham is dedicated to family medicine. Our providers are board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and have also received special graduate training to care for whole families. We offer a wide range of services including women’s health, well-child exams, and routine healthcare maintenance. We consider ourselves your partner in healthcare and work with you to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle with an emphasis on prevention. Our providers are affiliated with the Elliot Hospital.

Our physicians have special interests in your family’s health and well-being. At our practice and across The Elliot, we strive to heal our patients, inspire wellness and serve with compassion. It is the foundation by which all staff members work and collaborate to provide great patient care.  We are committed to establishing meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our patients and we are committed to making you feel safe, welcomed, and listened to at each and every visit.

Elliot Family Medicine at Windham offers a number of services including preventative care, sports physicals and traditional family care.
