Overview

Recognizing the many physical, emotional, and social issues that can accompany memory problems, the Elliot Memory & Mobility Center (EMMC) was created to address these concerns. If you or a loved one is experiencing problems with thinking, memory, or balance, our highly trained multidisciplinary team of clinicians is prepared to help. Whether you are a senior citizen who is worried about possible Alzheimer’s Disease or an older adult who is experiencing new memory symptoms, we can provide you with answers to your most important questions.

Memory problems affect both the personal and work life of an individual. Memory problems may also not be related to progressive disease, but rather depression, anxiety, vitamin deficiencies, and other reversible causes. Oftentimes, memory difficulties can lead to or worsen problems with walking and lead to falls. This new specialty clinic addresses the need for appropriate and timely diagnosis of memory and mobility problems. We aim to involve the patient and family to improve the quality of their lives.
