Three Elliot Health System Leaders Named to New Hampshire Business Review’s NH Top 200 List

Elliot Health System is pleased to announce that Dr. Kevin Desrosiers, Alisha Feightner, and Dr. Carl Fier were named to New Hampshire Business Review’s New Hampshire 200 list for 2025. According to New Hampshire Business Review, “New Hampshire’s business visionaries have persistently demonstrated ingenuity and motivation … navigating through novel challenges and seizing emerging opportunities.”

Dr. Desrosiers serves as Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Medical Affairs of Elliot Hospital and Elliot Medical Group’s Acute Care Services – he has contributed to the growth and excellence of The Elliot’s clinical services and made significant contributions to continuous improvement of service delivery and initiatives in patient safety and quality. Alisha Feightner serves as Vice President of Operational Excellence for Elliot Health System, where she focuses on providing a range of support services to drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, collaboration, and engagement to help deliver highly reliable, integrated care. Dr. Carl Fier serves as a Cardiologist who leads cardiovascular services and is a part of the Elliot Health System Board of Trustees.
