SolutionHealth Announces Transition to Interim Chief Executive Officer, John Friberg, Esq.
SolutionHealth, the parent non-profit organization of Elliot Health System (Manchester, NH), Southern New Hampshire Health (Nashua, NH) and Home Health & Hospice Care (Merrimack, NH) is pleased to announce the appointment of John Friberg, Esq., as the Interim Chief Executive Officer for SolutionHealth. Friberg assumed the role following the retirement of former CEO Bradley Kreick on April 12th, 2024.
“It’s an honor to step into the role of interim CEO for SolutionHealth,” said Friberg. ”Our health system has achieved significant progress since its formation in 2018, and in my capacity as interim CEO, I am committed to further strengthening and supporting our organization as we look to develop our continued path forward.”
Friberg brings significant experience in health care leadership to the position. He joined Elliot Health System in 2007 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Throughout his tenure at The Elliot, Friberg held various leadership positions, including Interim Chief Operating Officer and Interim Co-Chief Executive Officer. Following the formation of SolutionHealth in 2018, Friberg was appointed as Chief Legal Officer for the newly-combined system, with responsibility for legal, risk management, claims management, and compliance functions, across the organization. Prior to joining Elliot Health System, Friberg served as a partner in the national law firm of Nixon Peabody, and as an intelligence officer with the Central Intelligence Agency.
