Partnerships in Action: Granite State Plumbing and Heating

You may have seen the team from Granite State Plumbing and Heating (GSPH, Inc.) working around the hospital campus, especially during the build of the Solinsky Center for Cancer Care and the Elliot Emergency Department (ED), but did you know they extend their partnership with The Elliot to the Mary & John Elliot Charitable Foundation as well? For many years, the team at GSPH has been a President’s Society donor to The Elliot, supporting the Hope is Here Campaign for the Cancer Center. Most recently, they have directed their donations to program needs in the Emergency Department and for the Dementia Care program.

Team members from Granite State Plumbing and Heating LLC recently came in and joined Nikki Beauregard and Karen Vaughn (representing our care teams supporting patients with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease) and the foundation staff to learn more about the dementia care carts and stuffed animal support program. Granite State Plumbing and Heating has helped to fund the dementia care work for several years, including the purchase of iPads used with patients and funding a much-needed crash cart for the Rapid Triage and Treatment area in the new ED space.
