Over $21,500 Raised to Support Cancer Patients from Delta Dental | Elliot 5k Corporate Race

On Thursday, August 8th, more than 3,500 runners from across New Hampshire and other states, including nearly 200 Elliot staff members, ran in the annual Delta Dental | Elliot Corporate 5K race in Manchester, NH. The Elliot had the largest corporate team of runners this year! 

Over $21,500 was raised to support the Solinsky Center for Cancer Care at The Elliot. All of the proceeds from the race will fund programs and services at the Solinsky Center for Cancer Care including nutrition assistance and programs, rehabilitation therapy, integrative medicine, and support programs for patients as they manage their journey with cancer.  

“Thank you to everyone who turned out to support our cancer center and our patients. It was an inspirational event. The race experience truly brings us all together,” said Kelli Rafferty, executive director of philanthropy & community benefit for SolutionHealth & Elliot Health System. 

“It was such an exciting and fun night for The Elliot! I’m proud to share that our Elliot team won two awards, the Large Company Most Participants Award and our Elliot Women’s Team came in first place,” said Cecily Danver, fitness specialist at the Welliot Fitness Center.
