Elliot Health System Announces Catherine Frasco as Vice President for Home and Community Services

Elliot Health System is pleased to announce that Catherine Frasco, PT, DPT, MS has been selected to serve as vice president for Elliot Health System’s Home and Community Services leading the Visiting Nurse Association of Manchester and Southern New Hampshire. Catherine was selected from a comprehensive nationwide search and several months of interviews. Catherine assumes the role starting on December 30, 2024. Rachel Chaddock, currently serving in this role, will retire on December 31.

Catherine joins Elliot Health System from VNA Care in Worcester, MA where she has served as vice president since January 2020. Prior to this role, she held various leadership positions within VNA Care. Catherine’s career focus has been operational excellence rooted in a culture of high staff engagement and patient satisfaction. She has demonstrated exceptional strategic leadership while navigating the complexities and challenges of the home health sector, using data-driven decision making to optimize financial management and quality care. Catherine has an astute understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management and is adept at working with Boards to forge strategic partnerships that engage the broader community in the mission and reach of VNA services.
