This assessment includes a questionnaire, which will uncover possible cardiovascular risk factors. Each individual will receive a personalized report and Health Guide. All results will be reviewed during a one-on-one, private consultation. This screening service also includes blood pressure, resting heart rate, body mass index, and waist/hip ratio.
How healthy is your diet? Clients will complete a brief nutrition profile. The assessment will educate participants about the factors in his/her diet that affect overall health, including risk of heart disease and cancer. Results will be reviewed during a one-on-one consultation.

This is an analysis of blood fat levels, which include total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein (HDL), Heart Health Risk Ratio, low-density lipoprotein (LDL), triglycerides and glucose. This test requires participants to fast for 12 hours (nothing by mouth except water and medicine.)
This screening measures total cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and gives participants a better understanding of their risk ratio. (No fasting is required.)
Recommended for both men and women, this bone density screening is recommended for individuals to assess their risk for osteoporosis. It uses ultrasound technology, which is safe, accurate and painless. The screening requires a bare heel and 10 minutes of time, including counseling. Each client will receive a printed report and diagram of results to share with his or her physician. Results and counseling are private and confidential.
Working Well uses the product Glo Germ© to teach hand washing, disinfecting techniques and general infection control. The proven safe ingredients in the Glo Germ© lotion or powder cast a revealing glow when exposed to UV light. This interactive screening gives a visual demonstration to show when inadequate cleaning or hand washing has taken place. It is also used to demonstrate contamination and transmission of germs. Great when paired with flu shots.
