Meet the Team



Dr. Syed Asif Razvi, MD, MBA, FACS

Dr. Syed Asif Razvi, MD, MBA, FACS brings 40 years of experience as a General and Vascular Surgeon from Boston, Massachusetts. In addition, Dr. Razvi brings with him several years’ experience in wound care and hyperbaric medicine. Dr. Razvi is an educator and served on the teaching faculty of Tufts University School of Medicine, educating medical students and residents in surgery for 40 years. He was recognized almost every year as the best teacher by the Tufts medical students and was awarded the William Halstead award for excellence in teaching surgical residents in 1995 and 2006-7. Dr. Razvi is a member of AAWC and the UHMS besides many surgical vascular societies. Since starting practice as the Medical Director of The Elliot Center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine, Dr. Razvi was chosen as the New Hampshire Magazine’s Top Doctor and Leading Physician in wound care for the years 2013, 2014, and 2015.


Dr. Nathan Elder, MD

Dr. Nathan Elder, MD has 12 years of experience as an Emergency Physician and 5 years of experience specializing in advanced wound care and hyperbaric medicine. In 2014 and 2015 he was elected as a NH Top Doc by his peers. He is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, is a member of the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society, and a member of the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care.


Dr. Timothy J. Huddle, MD, FACS

Dr. Timothy J. Huddle, MD, FACS joined the Wound Center team in 2014 and brings with him almost 30 years of experience as a General and Vascular Surgeon. Dr. Huddle received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Rochester. He completed his Internship and Residency in General Surgery and his Fellowship in Peripheral Vascular Surgery at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY.


Michelle Bricker, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, CWS

Michelle Bricker, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, CWS graduated from the University of New Hampshire, with a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner degree, a Doctorate Certificate in Cognate College Teaching, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Rivier College in Nashua, NH. Michelle is a Certified Wound Specialist as a Diplomate with the American Board of Wound Management with more than 10 years of experience in providing wound care management across the age spectrum. Michelle is a member of the AANC, NHNPA, AAWC, ABWM, and ANA.
