Our dietitians at The Elliot Center for Advanced Nutrition Therapy offer one-on-one consultation for children and adults of all ages and health goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight or manage a health condition, our experts will work with you to customize a plan based on the most scientifically accurate nutrition information as well as some behavioral tools to meet your individualized goals and provide you with optimal levels of nutrition.

Individual Nutrition Counseling

Our registered & licensed dietitians are available to assist you in learning about your meal plan whether your plan is to achieve weight loss, weight gain, enhanced athletic performance, recover from a health condition or medical treatments. We can help you adjust your meal plan to manage a chronic health condition or to assist you to better understand good nutrition and separate fact from fiction.

Our dietitians have many years of experience in pediatric nutrition and medical nutrition therapy for adults. We provide medical nutrition therapy for diagnoses such as (but not limited to):

  • Arthritis
  • Celiac disease and autoimmune disorders
  • Chronic renal failure
  • Chronic fatigue syndrome
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
  • Diabetes/pre-diabetes/insulin resistance/gestational diabetes

  • Food allergies or sensitivities

Helpful Resources

Your first visit is a 60-minute session with a registered and licensed dietitian. Follow up visits are approximately 30 to 60 minutes.

We will work with you to reach your goals with as many visits as needed. Our recommendation is a minimum of three visits.

All new appointments will require a referral from your primary care provider. We will work with you to determine if your insurance plan covers your nutrition visit. For all appointments please call 603-663-3130.
