About Carl M Fier, MD

Carl M. Fier, M.D., F.A.C.C. completed medical school residency and fellowship in New York City at The Mount Sinai Medical Center as well as an additional year of fellowship at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Fier practices both general and interventional cardiology. Additionally, Dr. Fier has developed a large practice in vascular medicine and endovascular intervention and enjoys the opportunity to develop personal relationships with his patients while being able to offer them the latest, state-of-the-art techniques to restore blood flow in blocked arteries without the need for open, invasive surgery. Patients are often able to have their procedures and leave the hospital on the same day without the need for a prolonged hospital stay and recovery period.

Dr. Fier is currently serving as chief of cardiovascular services at Elliot Hospital.
