As a department of the Elliot Health System, Elliot Rehabilitation Services offers you the very best patient care at 9 convenient locations throughout the Greater Manchester and Southern New Hampshire area. You will find that flexible hours and accessible locations contribute to your recovery, but it is the personalized care that you will receive from our highly qualified professionals that will make the difference in your recovery.
About Our Network
We are committed to providing you with exceptional, individualized care that promotes function and wellness. As a full service network, we offer both outpatient therapy at our 9 convenient locations and acute care for patients admitted to the Elliot Hospital. Our team of over 60, highly skilled clinicians offer several specialties within our service network. By offering this vast array of services and emphasizing high quality, specialized care, convenient accessibility and customer service, we have helped our patients to 'Live Better!' and we can help you!
By offering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology, our goal is to get you safely back to doing the activities you enjoy.
All of our locations are JCAHO accredited and we accept most major health insurance plans.
You will need a physician referral or prescription for therapy. Contact the location that you would like to go to for your therapy. If you do not have a preference on the location, please phone (603) 663-2156 and choose option 1. A member of our staff can assist you. If your referral or prescription is faxed to us by your physician’s office, our scheduler will contact you within 24 hours to set up an appointment.
We accept most insurances including: Anthem, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, United Health Care, Medicare and Medicaid. When we schedule your first appointment, we will ask for your insurance information so that we can find out what your rehab benefit is, including any co-pays. If you have any specific questions benefit questions, please contact your insurance company.

We are licensed therapists within the following disciplines:
