The Elliot Oral Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) Center provides care to patients seeking treatment for disease processes and injuries of the facial region. Patient services include an extensive variety of treatment options including outpatient procedures in a clinical office environment and pre- and post-operative care for clients requiring more complex procedures in a hospital-based setting, including:

• Treatment of injuries
• Dental implants
• Oral cancer care
• Corrective jaw surgery

The OMS Center will provide oral and maxillofacial services to patients from age of birth through the continuum of life. The OMS Center is open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. – 1 a.m. We offer comprehensive oral and maxillofacial services to the communities of southern New Hampshire regardless of race, religion, national origin, gender, age, disability, marital status, sexual preference, or ability to pay.

The OMS model for providing patient focused care is to offer patient care and services with an emphasis on creating a supportive and healing environment for patients and families. The components of caring, continuity, competency and teamwork are the core of our model. Patient focused care provides a framework that enables the healthcare professional to meet patient and family needs more effectively and efficiently.
