Welcome to The Elliot at Hooksett! We are proud to offer the primary care your family needs in both our family medicine and pediatrics offices. As always with Elliot providers, everyone is linked through our state-of-the art single electronic medical record so that wherever you receive care, your complete health history, current medications and latest treatment, are available to our doctors and providers.
Services
The team at Elliot Pediatrics and Primary Care at Riverside is dedicated to both prevention and treatment of most medical problems. Our friendly professional staff cares for children and adults.
Elliot Family Medicine at Hooksett, a department of Elliot Hospital, is a group of healthcare providers dedicated to family practice medicine. Our providers are board certified or board qualified by the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Board of Family Practice, and two of our physicians are osteopathic physicians (DOs).
Our team offers expert care for a wide range of surgical needs and provides support to the Elliot's Trauma Center serving southern New Hampshire. In Hooksett, surgical patients will see a physician for all their pre- and post-surgical care needs.
Our compassionate and experienced care team will take expert care of your children. Many of our patients come to us first as newborns and stay with our practice through adolescence. As your child grows, we’ll be here every step of the way, shifting our care to reflect their changing health needs.

Elliot Behavioral Health Services is staffed by a team of mental health professionals who tailor both evaluation and treatment services to each individual patient.
We are committed to providing you with exceptional, individualized care that promotes function and wellness. As a full-service network, we offer outpatient therapy as well as acute care therapy for patients admitted to the Elliot Hospital.
Through the combination of highly skilled board-certified physicians and physician assistants, Southern NH Radiology Consultants, and our multidisciplinary team of technologists and nurses, utilize the latest technology available, The Diagnostic Imaging Department provides a wide range of diagnostic testing to diagnose and treat patients of all ages.
