Sign into MyChart or create an account at MyChart.SolutionHealth.org using your phone, tablet, or computer. Select “Visits” then click on “Schedule an Appointment” to select Elliot VirtualER. Then, easily schedule your same-day video appointment. 

During your virtual visit, our expert physicians will evaluate your condition, provide a diagnosis, and recommend the appropriate course of action - whether that's treating you from home, helping with further testing, or arranging an in-person examination at Urgent Care or the emergency room if necessary.
