Elliot Health System is proud to announce three new providers. These providers bring years of experience in family medicine, emergency medicine, and oncology, they are dedicated to delivering the care patients expect from The Elliot. 

Jay Lorah, DO

Dr. Jay Lorah, a board-certified family medicine physician, joins Elliot Family Health at Suncook, bringing more than 25 years of experience to the practice. Dr. Lorah received his Doctor of Osteopathy in 1995 from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Avalon Mercado, PA-C

Avalon is joining Elliot Emergency Medicine after earning her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2023. Avalon has completed nine clinical rotations ranging from emergency medicine to women’s health.

Jacklyn joins Elliot Breast Health Center with more than 10 years of oncology experience. Jacklyn received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2013 from SUNY at Stony Brook in New York.
