Anticipating a visit to the hospital for a test or procedure can be nerve-wracking. All of the information that is necessary for us to gather about a patient in order to ensure optimum care and the patient's health and safety means a time-consuming procedure. Having to take care of this at the hospital may become a test of one's patience and strength, just when a minimum of stress is called for.
In order to eliminate some of the necessarily long process prior to registering as a patient, we have developed an on-line form, which you can fill out in advance of your visit in the comfort of your own home or office. There is a lot of information, but being able to supply it at your leisure and at your own pace should go a long way to relieve the stress that comes with anticipating your visit.
