Important Notice:  Elliot On-Call after hours nurse triage services are changing.  After August 22, 2011 our Triage Nurses will be available to assist you with your health concerns during the following hours:  Weekdays until 10 pm, Saturdays 8 am to 5 pm and Sundays 8 am to 3 pm.  If you need to speak with a nurse or doctor outside of these hours, or when the office is closed, please call this office.  The on-call doctor will return your call to assist you with your urgent healthcare concerns.

At Doctors Park Pediatrics, a department of Elliot Hospital, we're dedicated to providing a caring, family-centered approach and a total commitment to the healthy development and growth of your child. Personal attention and care is given to children of every age, at every stage of development. This includes well-child care and pre-birth consultations.

We monitor each child's emotional and physical development through childhood and adolescence, so we can advise you on your child's health and behavior, as well as on parenting skills.

Office hours

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Extended hours at Elliot Pediatrics After Hours (located at 275 Mammoth Rd Suite 1) Monday through Thursday until 9 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Our team of highly trained Registered Nurses are also available after hours for general questions or to help you address healthcare concerns. They work closely with our on call physician to assist you 24 hours a day.

Congratulations to Doctors Park Pediatrics for achieving 90% or above immunization rate!

New Hampshire ranks 4th in the country for immunization rates. The state immunization rate for children
19-35 months of age with the 43133 Series is 86.8%. This series is comprised of four doses of DtaP;
three dose of Polio, one dose of MMR, and three doses of Hib and Hepatitis B.

Congratulations to all providers who have worked so hard to improve immunization rates!
